What is included in the free shipping?
We offer free shipping that will be curbside delivery. Many of the large fountains ship on a large semi-truck. The truck driver will deliver your order at the curb line of your property. The driver will not move it to where it goes, or install it. If you live on a narrow street or have a long driveway, please contact us to see what options there are for your specific address.
Can I change the size of my fountain or make a custom fountain?
Most outdoor fountains only come in standard sizes. Outdoor fountains are poured in molds, so their size cannot be adjusted. We can do custom indoor style features. Please reach out to us with your custom dimensions so we can get you a quote.
How long does it take to get a water fountain?
Fountains will all have different production lead times. Please reach out to us with the specific water feature you are interested in for the current production time frame.
Are water fountains hard to maintain?
Fountains are not hard to maintain. If your fountain is outdoors, you will need to winterize it. Aside from winterizing your garden fountain, the main element of fountain maintenance is making sure the pump is always fully submerged.
Do you install the fountains?
We do not provide installation services. Installing fountains is not too difficult. Many indoor and outdoor fountains can be installed by homeowners. We are happy to send you installation instructions prior to purchase.
Do you offer warranties on your fountains?
Many of our fountains come with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer.
