Does it splash any water outside of the unit?

Hello, this fountain is indoor rated so it doesn't splash. If you experience any type of splashing, please contact us right away so we can help you get that corrected.
How many gallons of water does this hold?

It will probably need about 10 gallons, but best way is to use the fill line of the plastic liner located on the left or right hand side.
