***A forklift is required for delivery as the base is too big for lift-gate service. You must arrange this prior to fountain delivery.
IMPORTANT: This fountain does not have rivets on the bowls, so it has a more sporadic flow (water falls wherever gravity pulls it). Some customers desire this type of flow, but if you are looking for more of an even, “rain-like” flow, we recommend going with the Pioggia Fountain or Gran Vista Fountain.
COLOR DISCLAIMER: As you'll notice, products pictured do not always accurately represent the color sample which is because studio-lighting and photography trickery was used to place the product (not the color) in the best possible light. The emphasis is on the individual "design features." To interpret any color, we recommend to compare the sample to that of the "color shown" in the item description above. Winterize
It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery décor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your décor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.

How do you get electricity to the pump?
The pumps cord is 16' long. The cord will come out the side of the fountain.

Can i put fish in here?
We do not recommend putting fish in the fountain but in theory it can be done. There will be more maintenace if fish are added. The algaecides we sell are not meant for fish.

What is the overall diameter of the fiberglass basin? We need to set up utilities based on this dimension. Are there any drawings available other than the one on the website that does not really show dimensions. Thank you

Is there a diagram available that shows the placement or location of the lights ? I couldn't find anything.
The four light kit available with this fountain sits in the bottom pond. The lights can then be spaced around the center pedestal evenly to shine up on the top of the fountain. Please let me know if you have any other questions by emailing info@thesoothingcompany.com

How does the light kit operate? Is it a separate switch from the primary power? Where could the light switch be located?
The light kit has a long cord and plugs into a normal 110 outlet, as with the pump. Both cords do not have a switch but rather is turned on and off by plugging it in or out of the outlet. It can be connected to a light switch with the help of an electrician or you could use a timer with the outlet as well.
