          • Can this fountain be placed outdoors?

            Yes, you would need to order an outdoor hood with this fountain...unless you are hanging it in a enclosed outdoor setting. If it is exposed, then an outdoor hood is needed for this water fountain.

          • Is the shipping cost included for shipments in the USA?

            Yes, all of our fountains ship free to the continental USA.

          • Can this fountain be free standing?

            It needs to mount on the wall.  However we have had clients mount it very close to the floor so it looks like it is free standing.

            We do have these fountains available that are free standing, and you can purchase 2-3 of them to achieve the same look:

          • I am considering buying this fountain two put in a 2-story atrium that is open at the top. I suppose I will need to order the hood mentioned above. What is the price of the hood? Also, could you send me the installation instructions so I can see how big a job it will be and how much help we will need? Tha

            We will send you the information. You are are correct, you will need an outdoor hood.

          • Is the antique black copper finish a true black or more of a dark brown color?

            It is a matte black finish. We do have an antique bronze finish that is a darker brown color if you need a dark brown finish. Antique Black Copper shows a distressed edge with copper that shows only on the edges.

          • I am interested in the Deep Creek Falls Wall Fountain. I want to mount it outdoors on a BRICK wall. Can I use this outdoors and is there a safe way to mount it to a brick wall so its permantly / safely attached?

            These can absolutely be mounted onto a brick wall. It can also be used outdoors if you purchase the outdoor hood cover to protect the exposed top components of the fountain.
