The concrete fountain is actually crafted from durable fiberglass reinforced cast stone concrete and lined with a polyethylene tub for waterproofing purposes

Winterize
It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery décor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your décor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.

What type of pump (pressure etc) is recommended?
This fountain uses a 1320 GPH pump.

Is the water source located in the middle of the foundation, if not, where does it it come in? Need to know for plumbing purposes. Thank you!
We do have the option to add an autofill device to this foutain. The tubing would run between the coping pieces that sit around the edges. You can run it to any side. It does not come out of the center of the basin.

This is made of cast stone which is a concrete.

Can you send me installation instructions? How is it packaged and what equipment do I need to unload and install the unit? What type of power do I need to run the pump on the unit?
You can email us at info@thesoothingcompany.com for installation instructions. It comes on several pallets. It will come off the truck with a liftgate but you may want a forklift to help put it near the area you wil install it. It will come in pieces. You need a regular 110V outlet for this fountain.

Sadly, these features are made in molds and do not come in smaller sizes. We do have some features with smaller basins. For example, one that is 82" is the Caterina in Basin.

I understand that a forklift is needed to unload. Once unloaded and place close to install sight, Can two able bodied men move the pieces into place for install?
A forklift is not required for unloading, and yes 2-3 men should be just fine for installation.

When putting fountain together do you put mortar in between the hold it together
No. You do not want to put any moratar or adhesive between the tiers. These are designed to stack on top of each other and gravity will hold them in place. The reason you don't want to use mortar, is that if the fountain needs servicing down the road, you may end up damaging the fountain by taking it apart if mortar is used.
