How long does the logo process take? Will I see a mock up before?

Typically it will take an extra two weeks before your fountain will ship. We will confirm the placement and look of your logo, through a mock-up and logo proof, then your fountain will go to production. From that point, it should ship within two weeks. If you need the fountain sooner, please contact us for details.
How often do I need to add out the water in this fountain?

It holds about about 7 gallons of water. Customers usually add water about 3 times a week.
