Can this be installed outside on a block wall in the garden?

Yes, you just need to purchase the Outdoor Hood Cover
Does you have to add distilled water to the fountain, or does it take water from your water supply?

Hello,

We do recommend using distilled water because it prevents hard water stains. However, if you don't have that availability, you can use tap water. We recommend a product called protec. Here is a link to that product:

Adding distilled water is ideal and recommended to keep hard water stains from forming. However, if this is not possible, normal water is fine.
How much does the stone color vary on the Cottonwood Falls?

All of our stones are natural so they will vary from one to the next. If you are purchasing the cottonwood falls and worried about the variation we would recommend the stone selection option.
What is the size from outside of frame to outside of frame? Where do I place the outlet for LED lights?

Not sure what you mean but the width of the fountain is 61" wide and the depth is 6" The LED lights use the same socked as the Halogen lights. They screw in like normal bulbs.
