Note: This feature requires clearance. If you are placing it in a custom space, please contact us for the clearance requirements.

Fissures, fill materials in cavities, flaking of layered stone surfaces, natural grooves or lines, and chips off corners that do not inhibit the performance or aesthetics of the water feature are part of the natural stones and do not constitute a warranty claim.

Do the fountains have to be connected to a water source or do they have a water basin/storage area in which you pour water as needed?
This fountain is sold self contained. You do not need a water source. You simply just add water to the basin as needed. If you would like to add an autofill system please contact customer service.

Can this fountain be used outside?
Yes. You would need to purchase an outdoor hood cover but it can be placed outdoors. The outdoor hood cover would match the color you choose for the frame finish.

where is the plug located on the back?
The pump cord would exit the top left right corner of the fountain. As far as installing an outlet you can place one near or behind the fountain.
